Every report from that calculator is delivered to your email. You can cancel anytime. No refunds on the current billing period.

Climapp.io ("we," "us") operates an energy savings calculator platform. The Climapp.io Energy Partner Program grants subscribing energy companies ("Partner," "you") a limited, non-exclusive license to embed a branded version of the Climapp.io calculator widget on your website. The calculator is hosted and operated by Climapp.io. Partners receive:
climapp.net/embed/{your-slug}The Energy Partner Program is exclusively designed for use with the Climapp.io "Lower My Energy Bills" home energy report tool. It is not a general-purpose software license and does not extend to any other Climapp.io features or products. Successful embedding of the calculator widget on your website requires the active participation of your webmaster or web development team to install and maintain the embed code. Climapp.io provides embed instructions and a support channel but is not responsible for the technical implementation on your website. Outages, downtime, or technical failures occurring on your host website do not constitute a service interruption by Climapp.io and do not entitle Partner to a refund, service credit, or suspension of billing.
Partner subscriptions are billed monthly. Three plan tiers are available:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Climapp.io to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the rate for your selected plan. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice via email.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal, the link provided in your welcome email, or by contacting support@climapp.net.
Upon cancellation or expiration, your embed URL and branded widget are deactivated and will return a "not found" error. Lead delivery stops immediately upon deactivation.
Your subscription license is valid only for the domain you registered at signup. You may not:

Climapp.io retains full ownership of the calculator platform, its code, methodology, branding ("Climapp.io v7.1 — Own Your Power"), and all associated intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a limited, revocable license to use the embed widget — not an ownership interest in the platform or its technology.
Your company name, logo, and slogan are your intellectual property. By uploading your logo to Climapp.io, you grant Climapp.io a limited license to display your branding within your branded embed widget solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted service.
Homeowner lead data collected through your branded embed (name, email, utility usage, savings estimates) is delivered to your registered email address. As the recipient of this data, you are responsible for handling it in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable.
Climapp.io may retain anonymized, aggregated usage data derived from calculator activity for product improvement, analytics, and research purposes. Climapp.io will not sell or share individually identifiable lead data with third parties outside the scope of service delivery.
Partner is fully responsible for all personally identifiable information (PII) entered into the embedded calculator tool by homeowners or any other users accessing the tool via Partner's embed or direct URL. This includes, but is not limited to, names, email addresses, phone numbers, service addresses, and utility usage data. Partner must handle all such PII in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Homeowners and end users who wish to opt out of voluntary data collection or request deletion of their personal data may do so by emailing support@climapp.net with the subject line "delete my data" and sufficient self-identification information to process the request (such as the name and email address used when submitting the calculator form). Climapp.io will process verified deletion requests within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

The Climapp.io calculator and partner services are provided "as is" and "as available." Climapp.io makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of savings estimates, lead quality, uninterrupted service availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Energy savings estimates are illustrative and are not financial, tax, or engineering advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Climapp.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the partner program, including but not limited to lost profits, lost leads, or business interruption. Climapp.io's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Climapp.io is not liable for any security vulnerabilities, malware infections, phishing attempts, unauthorized data collection, or other cyberattacks that originate from or occur through the Partner's host website, regardless of whether the Climapp.io embed widget is present on that page. Partner is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their host domain, including but not limited to: keeping website software and plugins up to date, maintaining valid SSL certificates, implementing appropriate firewall and malware protections, and conducting regular security audits. Partner is further responsible for vetting, validating, and responding to inbound lead requests delivered to their inbox. Climapp.io makes no representations regarding the legitimacy or identity of end users who submit information through the embedded calculator.
Climapp.io reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email to your registered contact address. Continued use of the partner embed after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
